Tooltip Plus doesn't appear

SeaMonkey 2.0.5, XP Home SP3
Installed OK, but mouseover links/images does nothing
except show what native SeaMonkey would....

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Tag set to “seamonkey, xul”
Yup, I screwed up the overlay path for SeaMonkey. Will fix once I get my infrastructure in order.
