I'd like to be able to exclude websites of my choice from this add-on, like in the userscript window. I think it's an important feature.

I'm also having a problem--I use a userscript in Greasemonkey called UnShortenEmAll, which displays the full text of shortened URLs in the status bar. I was using the add-on URL Tooltip and it worked just fine with this script; the extended URLs would show up in the tooltip right away. However, yours doesn't work with it. I'm not sure why. I don't know if you can investigate this, but it would be extremely helpful. It would be really amazingly amazing if you could integrate that feature into your own add-on with a keyboard shortcut. For example, holding ctrl or shift would toggle the real URL. That may be asking too much, though. I just like to have that feature because people like to pull tricks, of course.

Your add-on is clearly superior in every other way because of the options and the smaller size of the tooltip. Getting even one of these things fixed would make me stay loyal to yours.
